Psychology.

Her coaching program, “Managing Your 6 Advisors”, has helped her
clients personally and professionally.
Topic: Understanding Value Judgments for Effective Supply
Management
As purchasing and supply management professionals, you
understand a multitude of processes and principles that are
needed for your discipline.
But, how much do you know about thought processes? Some? A
little? Yet, you and every member of your team, everyone
associated with your work, processes between 12,000 and 50,000
thoughts per day. It’s important that you understand how you and
those around you process thoughts and make value judgments.
In this presentation, we will discuss how the science of human
values (axiology) and the 3 classes of value. We’ll look at how
you can utilize this information to more effectively manage your
people, your tasks and your processes.
Topics that we’ll cover include:
· How your brain works
· The science of axiology
· The “boardroom of advisors” in your mind
· How you can scientifically measure critical thought processes
· How you can change and improve your thought processes
You’ll come away understanding that…
1. You are not your thoughts.
2. You have the ability to choose how you respond to the
thoughts that your mind gives to you.
3. Your success is the result of consistently making good
choices at pivotal moments throughout your day.
After the meeting, you’ll also have the opportunity to take a
free, confidential online assessment to measure your own
critical thought processes. When you review your results online,
you will become more aware of your supporting thought processes
